7 Days of Yoga to Kick Stress to the Curb

I started doing yoga to become more flexible and to help loosen up after running.  It has really helped me a lot.  I also journal frequently, at least a few times a day.  Both of these habits have helped me reduce stress and feel better.  I delevoped this short 7 day challenge to help people become familiar with yoga and journaling so they can reap the benefits.

There are seven poses in the guide along with daily journal prompts.  They work together to reduce tension in the body and stress of the mind.  The result is an overall calming effect.
