How I Pick My Meal at Restaurants

Sometimes when we think of eating healthier, we automatically assume that rules out eating somewhere other than our own kitchen.  Eating out isn’t something that should be avoided — it’s delightful to meet friends or family out for a meal and take the night off from cooking.

I want to share my trick with you that I use when I go to restaurants.  When I first get the menu, I peruse it to find the top 5 healthiest menu options.  Then, I only focus on those five and choose my meal from that small batch of prospects.
