I find it fascinating how nature AND people go through seasons of life. In the Springtime we tend to feel energized and ready for new beginnings (hello Spring Cleaning!)
In the Autumn & Winter months, we naturally begin an inward retreat — physically and emotionally. We slow down, spend more time indoors, go to sleep earlier with the early sunsets, and use this time as a reconnection time with ourselves.
It’s just so interesting to me that this happens naturally to us. What do the seasons do to your mood and habits?
