Is there anything better than a slow Saturday morning spent flipping homemade pancakes and sipping coffee? You could try to convince me otherwise, but I wouldn’t believe you!
Here’s a favorite simple protein-packed pancake recipe.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegan protein powder
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Mix all of your dry ingredients. Next, add in your maple syrup and slowly mix in your water. If more water is needed, add what you need. Cook your batter in a pan for a few minutes until browning, and flip to cook the other side.
