Wellness Hacks For Your Bedroom

Is there anything more comforting than your bedroom and your very own bed?  There’s something so therapeutic about our bedroom, and nothing else compares to that level of comfort.  This special place is where we do one of our most important jobs – sleeping – and where we feel the most at home, relaxed and safe.  Our bedroom is a powerful place when it comes to our relaxation and overall health.

What could you do to make your bedroom even more relaxing and inviting?

I need to keep track to clutter and keep spaces more clear.  Sometimes I leave the laundry basket on the floor for a few days before putting the clean clothes away.

If there is any excess clutter in your room, that should be your priority.  The physical and emotional release after getting rid of clutter is astounding.

Is your sacred space equipped with comforting tools such as a comfortable bed, relaxing essential oils, and perhaps even a salt lamp?

I have an essential oil diffuser, a Himalayan salt lamp, and a a few different blankets depending on the temperature.

Making your bedroom the relaxing oasis it is meant to be can merely take some rearranging, or it may take an overhaul that will happen over time.  What is the number one thing you’d like to change about your bedroom to make it more inviting and relaxing for you?  Let me know in the comments below.
