Vitamin E

Vitamin E is helpful for promoting heart health, decreasing inflammation, and is an excellent skin-care product, as well.  Foods like sunflower seeds and almonds can give you almost 50% of your daily value of vitamin E.

Some other significant sources of this vitamin are avocados, spinach, broccoli, olive oil, and kiwi.  This essential vitamin helps keep your immune system robust, your hair and nails looking healthy, and is an all-around powerhouse vitamin you want to be sure you’re getting enough of.

Have you ever tried out Vitamin E on your skin?
