Plant Based Protein Options

How often have you heard you need to eat meat to get your protein?  Regardless of your beliefs on consuming or not consuming animal products, there are loads of plant-based options with high protein contents that you can add to your plate to make sure you get enough protein throughout the day.

Here are a few of my favorites:

– Broccoli

– Spinach

– Edamame

– Lentils

– Asparagus

– Mung beans

– Artichoke

– Alfalfa sprouts

– Brussels sprouts
