Infused Water

Now that the temperature is warm outside, a tall glass of water may sound even more appealing than usual. Staying hydrated throughout the day is of utmost importance this season to avoid any of the harmful effects of dehydration. It also just makes us feel better overall, so it’s a win-win!

Infusing your water is a special treat I love to have during the warm summer months. Including some cucumber and fresh mint sprigs in your water bottle not only tastes like a day at the spa, but it also adds nourishment to your water.

A few favorite water infusion combinations are Strawberry & Basil, Lemon & Lavender, Cucumber & Mint, Watermelon & Basil, and Cherry Lime.  Enjoy!
